Reservations will be confirmed after a prepayment of 30% of the total amount (through bank transfer or by credit card via PayPal). The prepaid amount is not refundable if notice of cancellation is less than 3 weeks to the date of arrival.

Unfortunately the B&B is unsuitable for children.
